A little about me
I am a product designer with a background in industrial engineering. That background shapes how I approach unfamiliar and operationally complex products. I first learn how the system works, identify the decisions people need to make, and then design the interface around those decisions.
The concept
Daily Millionaire, also known as Wishan, is a mobile app that allows users to purchase shares in luxury assets such as cars, villas, and gold.
Each purchase gives users entry into transparent digital draws powered by blockchain technology. The platform also includes a digital wallet and a loyalty points system, designed to align with Islamic finance principles.
For Rihal, this was a major product opportunity. The first phase represented a joint investment of $13 million and had the potential to become an international platform.
My role was to design the end to end experience for mobile app users, as well as the admin dashboard used to manage the platform.
The challenge
Wishan was an ambitious product with several moving parts.
The mobile app needed to support sign up, KYC, asset discovery, share purchasing, wallet activity, loyalty points, draw participation, winners, and user account management.
The admin dashboard needed to support the operational side of the product. Admins needed to create and manage assets, configure draws, handle content, review users, and curate the experience seen in the app.
The project was planned for 6 months, but the discovery phase extended longer than expected because of client-side misalignment and internal decision-making challenges.
That made the early phase important. We had to create enough clarity for the client, while also protecting the scope of the first release.
Discovery and alignment
The discovery phase involved multiple working sessions with the client.
The goal was to create space for the client to explain the experience they imagined, then translate those ideas into simple product artifacts the team could discuss.
These artifacts helped turn broad ideas into clearer user stories, flows, and requirements.
This was especially useful because the product had the potential for scope creep. There were many features that could be added, but not everything belonged in the first phase.
Our work in discovery helped keep the first release focused on the core business requirements.

Mapping the core flow
The core user flow for Wishan had to be simple enough for new users to understand, while still supporting the business logic behind asset shares and draws.
A user downloads the app, signs up, completes KYC, explores available luxury assets, purchases shares, receives draw entries, and tracks wallet activity, loyalty points, and draw results.
This flow became the foundation for the mobile app experience.

It also helped the client and development team understand what needed to be built first.
Show the main user flow from app download to KYC, asset browsing, share purchase, draw entry, wallet activity, loyalty points, and winner announcement.
Show flow diagrams for different user types, such as app user, admin, and content manager. This should clarify how each role interacts with the platform.
Designing with the software team
This project gave me the opportunity to work closely with the software team and better understand how the app was scaffolded and built.
I used this as a chance to align more closely with front-end engineers.
Instead of designing screens in isolation, I paid closer attention to how components, states, flows, and admin logic would translate into development.
This helped me design in a way that was easier for the team to build, review, and scale.

Show a process visual that connects flows, user stories, Figma screens, components, and development handoff.
Mobile app design
The mobile app needed to feel premium but still easy to use.
The product involved high-value assets, financial actions, KYC, wallet activity, and draw participation, so the interface had to feel trustworthy and clear.
The design focused on helping users understand what they were buying, how shares worked, how draw entries were granted, and where they could track their activity after purchase.
The experience needed to make luxury assets feel exciting without making the purchase flow feel unclear or risky.

Admin dashboard design
The admin dashboard was essential because the platform experience depended on what admins could create and manage.
The admin needed to support assets, draws, winners, users, content, and operational controls.
To make this work, the team and I researched how admins would create and curate the Wishan experience. We focused on reducing friction so admins could manage the platform without relying on technical support for every update.
The dashboard needed to be structured, predictable, and easy to maintain.

Motion and brand polish
To elevate the brand experience, I created an intro animation for Wishan using Jitter.
The animation was designed to give the product a more polished first impression. It could also be used as a loading state inside the app.
This helped the brand feel more complete and gave the product a visual moment that could be reused across the experience.

Website front-end with Figma Make
Because the project was large in scope, most resources were focused on the app and platform.
There was not enough dedicated capacity for the marketing website, so I used it as an opportunity to explore AI-assisted front-end creation with Figma Make.
I started by creating a simple style sheet that captured the key interface states and visual language the website would need.
After several rounds of prompting, testing, and refinement, I was able to create a stable front-end with the interactions working as intended.
Once the front-end was ready, I created a pull request, had it reviewed, and merged it into the main branch.
After that, the remaining step was to connect live draw and winner data from the Wishan back-end.

What we delivered
The work covered the core product experience across mobile, admin, brand motion, and website.
The delivery included discovery artifacts, user stories, flow diagrams, competitive analysis, mobile app designs, admin dashboard designs, design directions, intro animation, and a website front-end prepared for back-end integration.
The project helped turn a complex business idea into a clearer product system that could be designed, built, and reviewed by different teams.
Reflection
Wishan showed me how important clarity is when a product has many business, technical, and operational layers.
The project had luxury assets, digital draws, blockchain, KYC, wallet activity, loyalty points, Islamic finance requirements, admin operations, and a marketing website. Without clear flows and simple artifacts, the product could have easily become difficult to discuss and harder to build.
The most useful part of my role was turning that complexity into visible product structure.
Discovery helped align the client. Flow diagrams helped the team understand the product logic. The mobile app shaped the user experience. The admin dashboard supported operations. The website gave the product a public-facing layer.
Together, these pieces helped Wishan move from an ambitious idea into a buildable product experience.
